The A2C Legal
Strategic management and protection of intangible intellectual assets are becoming fundamental pillars for companies of all sizes, domestic or foreign, operating either in physical or digital worlds. A2C Legal proposes a positive agenda for Intellectual Property from a business perspective: we engage with trends and strategically anticipate scenarios that will impact leadership decision-making.
We understand that trademarks, patents, industrial designs, software, scientific, literary, or artistic works, geographical indications, and other intellectual property rights are commercially valuable assets. Therefore, they must be carefully managed, protected, and defended against third-party actions.
In this context, A2C Legal provides specialized legal consulting aimed at offering awareness and solutions for intellectual property management and protection in Brazil.
Supported by more than 15 years of experience in strategic legal counseling in Intellectual Property Law, we operate aiming to provide strategic planning and protection, either through contractual negotiations related to IP assets or in litigation before administrative and judicial bodies.
Our portfolio also includes advocacy and public policy consulting services for intellectual property-intensive sectors. We develop opinions on the national legal/regulatory landscape, participate in debate forums and government initiatives for the regulation and improvement of the Brazilian Intellectual Property system.
